Thermal expansion tanks / Pressurized Water Expansion Tanks are engineered to safely maintain optimal water pressure levels in water heating systems. Thermal expansion tanks work in conjunction with a backflow preventer or check valve. expansion tanks are built with a stainless steel system connection with patented Leak safe technology. Inside each tank is a heavy-duty, butyl rubber diaphragm encased with a polypropylene liner where the water is separated from the pre-charged air chamber. The tank controls excessive pressure generated inside the water heater using a sealed compressible air cushion space to store and hold the addition expansion water volume.

This expansion tank is designed with rust proof and highly efficient metal bearing, cold rolled steel sheet made thermal protector that has long working life and stainless steel shaft made rotor. The precisely designed rotor of this tank helps to reduce its electricity usage rate. Low noise bearing of this tank uses standard grade grease for lubrication purpose. Overload protection mechanism of its water pump helps to avoid burning of this tank mechanically. Water of this tank tends to expand when heated. Simple to install, this low maintenance tank can be fitted within limited space. This cost effective product is easy to control.
Installation method of this tank depends on water pressure. Application of pressure reducing valve is suggested in case the water pressure surpasses the permissible pressure limit. Air bladder of this tank expands and shrinks for effective absorption of inflated water of its water heater. The size of this tank depends on the capacity of heater, although it is not necessary to install this tank around water heating system. Rather, this ergonomically designed tank can be fitted anywhere of plumbing system irrespective of installation angle. The saddle fittings provided with this tank enables one to fit it sans any soldering process.
